Barnet External Repairs and Redecorations Project
Now in the fourth year of a seven-year programme, we are delivering external repairs and redecoration works to scattered properties across Barnet. Our dedicated team works closely with residents to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery on site, consistently receiving positive feedback. We maintain frequent communication and hold regular meetings with the client’s project manager and clerk of works, supporting a seamless handover process.
The project primarily involves cyclical redecoration works, with a broader scope including:
Redecoration of masonry, timber, and metalwork
Renewal of rainwater goods, soffits, and fascias
Survey, manufacture, and installation of new front doors
Brickwork repairs
Gardening and landscaping improvements
Groundworks to driveways and footpaths
Full repairs, including riveting and metalwork restoration, and redecoration of metal-clad properties
