TCD Group have been working on this project continuously since 2022, carrying out cyclical repairs and redecorations across the client’s blocks of flats. Our works include both the external fabric and communal areas, ensuring each block is left safe, durable, and refreshed with a high-quality finish.
Our experienced team have built a strong working relationship with the client, delivering high-quality work within occupied buildings while minimising disruption to residents. The consistency of our delivery has resulted in repeat instructions and an ongoing programme of works.
